It’s the 3rd year of SM’s Pyrolympics held at SM Las Ramblas Parking area last August 26, 2011. There were 7 contingents from all over Philippines (Manila, Cebu, Iligan, Cagayan de Oro and more) competing for the Kagay-an PyroFestival 2011. A lot of Kagay-anons were excited and awaited the 3rd Pyrolympics in Cagayan de Oro City and most us expected the heavy traffic as experienced in the last two pyrolympics.

I wasn’t able to see the last two pyrolympics but the feedback I’ve heard was that the last two was more extravagant than the current. I for myself cannot make any comparison since I wasn’t able to see the previous pyrolympics. However, with just a few minutes of those fireworks in the air it’s lacking excitement. Good thing that it didn’t rain, that would be much more disappointing.
