Making longganisa takes a lot of effort and energy to mixed all the ingredients and wrapping it. It also takes much of your patience however the secret to it is just make a good laugh and enjoying every bit of the time spent and effort exerted.
The things we did was:
- Clean your hands. Wash it thoroughly and like sing two happy birthday song before you’re done
- Prepare the ingredients. This includes the precise measurement which is proportionate to the weight of the meat.
- Wear disposable plastic gloves when mixing the ingredients to the grind meat.
- Taste by getting a small portion and cook it.
- Put them in a wrapper.
- Tie them to a desired measurement.
- Done.
