How to make Longganisa

Making longganisa takes a lot of effort and energy to mixed all the ingredients and wrapping it. It also takes much of your patience however the secret to it is just make a good laugh and enjoying every bit of the time spent and effort exerted.

The things we did was:

  1. Clean your hands. Wash it thoroughly and like sing two happy birthday song before you’re done
  2. Prepare the ingredients. This includes the precise measurement which is proportionate to the weight of the meat.
  3. Wear disposable plastic gloves when mixing the ingredients to the grind meat.
  4. Taste by getting a small portion and cook it.
  5. Put them in a wrapper.
  6. Tie them to a desired measurement.
  7. Done.
