I spent my long weekend pool hopping in Bukidnon together with friends. It was a last minute plan as the original plan was detoured…

The last minute plan was a trip to RR in Maramag, Bukidnon. Ian and wifey Tingting came along with Sangyong! We were fetched by Ian in our houses starting with Myra at 5a.m. then Eldie (who woke up late hahahha) then me and lastly Nova who cooked the bam-e. We left Cagayan de Oro by 6 a.m and got hungry so we had breakfast in Jollibee at Malaybalay City. On the road, we talked of silly things and laughed at Eldie as he mispronounced Mangima as Man-gi-ma then stories of la-sag-na and green-wich was told. We stop by in Valencia to buy ‘puso’ and lechon manok for our lunch.

Malaybalay, Bukidnon

Our first stop was in Transfiguration. We make sure that we stop by as Myra and Nova had never been there. We visited the uniquely structured church in Malaybalay City and took some pictures. We saw students from Xavier University buying a pasalubong.

1st stop: RR Resort

This resort is located in Tubigon, Maramag, Bukidnon with 30 pesos for entrance fee for adults and children below 2 years old will have a free entrance. Cottages fee ranges from 250 to 600 pesos and tables for 150 pesos. They are open from 7am to 5pm and night swimming will start in 5 pm to 10 pm. Night swimming fee is 600 pesos for 10 persons and in excess of 10 will have to pay 35 pesos per head. You can stay in their dormitory which only cost P 2500 for 10 persons and in excess of 10 will have to pay 250 pesos per person.

2nd stop: WAIG Resort

Waig Resort is located in Purok 8-A, Spring Site, North Poblacion, Maramag, Bukidnon 8714 with contact details: (088) 356-1111, 0921-208-6304 and 0915-553-5384.

3rd stop: Luan-Luan

4th stop: Lucky 9

5th stop: Edlimar Resort

The location of Edlimar is in Brgy. Tubigon, Maramag, Bukidnon nearer to MGM Resort. Entrance fee is only 30 pesos for adults and children below 2 years are free of entrance fee.

6th stop: MGM
